The ER Collets are made of high quality spring steel (65Mn)
It is used for drilling, boring, milling, tapping, engraving and so on.
The range we can make is from ER8 to ER40.
We usually do two kinds of grades A≤0.015mm , AA ≤0.01mm .
There is high-precision internal and external circular grinding equipment to control the accuracy and special person to test the quality for every batch.
